燃煤導生鍋爐為組裝式強製循環液相鍋爐。本係列鍋爐應用於供(gòng)熱溫(wēn)度390℃化工企業,針對導(dǎo)生(聯苯-聯苯醚)的特點,按照(zhào)低點排(pái)淨、高點放空(kōng)進行設計,受熱麵(miàn)充足,由輻射受(shòu)熱的密排方形盤管和錯列(liè)設計的對流蛇管(guǎn)組成。導生鍋爐尾(wěi)部布置餘(yú)熱蒸汽鍋爐和空氣預熱器,可降低排煙溫度,提高係統效率。
為(wéi)提(tí)高鍋(guō)爐的an全性,材料選用耐熱合金剛管材,對接采用100%射線探傷(shāng),角焊采用100%表(biǎo)麵探傷。
采用水冷前後拱,降低停電後爐牆蓄熱,保(bǎo)護前後拱的使(shǐ)用壽命。
采用PLC控製技術和變頻器調節,使出口導生溫度控製在設定溫度±1℃範圍(wéi)內
